Creative Healing Space utilizes the arts as a holistic health approach to heal the mind and body and create new outlets through creative expression, a technique attributed to being more effective than talking. We harness varying approaches and meditative roots across many cultures to nurture a head space, that builds resilience and improves stability and self-connection so that everyone can experience creative expression in their own way.

Explore our monthly Virtual Art Therapy Tuesday Program where you'll be guided through self-expression and learned to enjoy the process of creating. Children through adults are welcome to participate, led by a registered art therapist.
Learn self-expression and meditation opportunities with our Destination Art program offered to schools, senior centers, organization team-building experiences, clubs, and other groups looking for individual and community health and growth by healing together.
Discover different forms of artistic expression through our hands-on workshops, like dance/movement, sculpting, painting, writing, poetry, photography, acting, culinary arts, and so much more. Things can be added on because we are always evolving with what the community needs.
In Creative Balance in the Head & Heart, we welcomes diverse guest artisans to share how their art cultivates general happiness, serves as a therapeutic mental health release, and is a mouthpiece for equity and social justice messages. Discover healthy ways to manage daily stress and integrate this philosophy into your life.
